Scottish North American Leadership Conference

The Scottish North American Leadership Conference is coming to Canada in 2017 to celebrate the rich heritage and history of the Scots who shaped the fabric of our great nation. We will be pulling together the Scots diaspora from both Canada and the US to look at What the Relevance of Scottish History and Heritage is to the Future Generations.

We invite Scots from all segments of the Scottish North American Community: Clans, Pipe Bands, St Andrew's Societies, Scottish Dancers, Scottish Artisans, Gaelic Speakers, Scottish Historians, Scottish Retailers, Members of Scottish Clubs and Organizations.

The Scottish North American Leadership Conference 2017 will be held at the University of Guelph. Guelph itself has a rich Scottish history. Dates are August 10-12 2017. We will have keynote speakers, panel and round table discussions, workshops, and a banquet. We have set the date to coincide with the Fergus Scottish Festival, a celebration of Scottish heritage and culture that is more than 70 years strong. Special delegates will be included in the pre-festival parade and will be invited to take part in the Opening Ceremonies. We ask that every one join in on the Clan Parade.

Make Ontario YOUR destination for celebrating Canada's 150th birthday, a country shaped by Scots, built by Scots and governed by Scots.
