THE OFFICIAL SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT TARTAN APPROVED:

 

This tartan was selected by the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body following a competition in 2009 which invited Scottish students to design a tartan to mark 10 years of Devolution. The design was inspired by the Scottish landscape using hints of traditional colours which have been used in tartans for centuries.

Restrictions: May only be used with permission of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. Cut lengths are only being made available to Members and Officials of the Scottish Parliament. A range of retail products for general sale to the public is available exclusively from the Scottish Parliament shop.

This tartan was registered in the official Scottish Register of Tartans 6 Oct 2009.
